THE LATEST FILM FROM BRIAN BRAGANZA
I haven’t been updating my blog very often because I was spending a lot of my free time preparing for a short film, and yesterday we finally completed it.
It’s about destroying a friendship, facing eternal grief and being in love with a manipulative beauty in hoop earrings.
It was shot on 16mm film with assistant direction from the talented Ms. Caroline Park and cinematography by the amazing Mr. Mitchell Wright. I wrote and directed it.
Our good friends from the band SYNTAX (reverbnation.com/syntaxla) starred in it along with the lovely Ms. Viviana Barrera.
Everything came out nicely considering we condensed the entire film shoot into one day. The total duration of the short is going to be approximately 5mins long (short, I know, but you’ll be amazed at how much work is required to make something as potent as this).
I will keep posting updates of the post-production process. We plan to do a lot of interesting, unconventional and original sound work, so that should be really fun.
